Rich & Ray Communications Limited was incorporated in 2005 to deliver innovative telecommunications and ICT infrastructure solutions. For more than two decades, the company has supported network operators, government institutions, businesses, property developers, and communities with practical, reliable, and scalable connectivity systems.

We understand the critical role of fiber optic and broadband wireless technologies in building reliable and scalable network backbones. Our experience covers service-provider networks, fixed and mobile infrastructure, submarine cable systems, enterprise connectivity, and digital infrastructure projects.

Executive Vice Chairman

Engr. Nwokocha Innocent is a telecommunications engineering executive, fiber optics and FTTx specialist, submarine cable engineer, smart city development expert, and network infrastructure consultant.

With over 30 years of progressive experience across public and private sectors, he has led the planning, design, deployment, operation, maintenance, and management of major telecommunications infrastructure. His career includes senior leadership at NITEL, where he served as Deputy General Manager, International Gateway, overseeing submarine gateway systems, satellite earth stations, international switching, radio links, IP carrier services, and data centre operations.

He has coordinated large-scale fiber optic backbone projects, FTTH deployments, DWDM transmission systems, submarine cable integration, satellite communication upgrades, and smart city infrastructure initiatives. His work combines deep technical knowledge with strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, project governance, and a strong research and development mindset.
